The extra detail of the crown is not attached to the balloons. Attaching it is nice and easy and can be done using glue dots which we include for you.
All of the balloons included in this listing are suitable for air or helium inflation and will float when filled with helium. The Happy Birthday Banner is a fabulous addition to any of the balloons as the colours of gold and black fit well with all of the decorations on this listing. The gold lettering is metallic and against the black is striking and sure to impress. To hang the banner the ribbon will need to be threaded through the holes at the top of each piece of black card which is easy to do.
Simply filling the Gold Confetti Balloons with helium will not allow you to create static and therefore not allow the confetti to stick to the balloon.
